Equipment

Our main printing press is an HP Indigo 5000, which we use for full colour work on a wide variety of substrates.  The print quality matches if not exceeds litho printing - during our decision making process on which press to buy, we contacted several of the biggest customers of our parent company, and 9 out of 10 professional print buyers were unable to tell the difference.

In addition to the Indigo, we have a Digimaster 9110 for mono text printing, and an HP Spinjet for oversize work.

Our finishing equipment includes the following:

  • Heidelberg buckle folder
  • CP Bourg Perfect Binder
  • Wohlenberg 3-Knife Trimmer
  • Watkiss Bookletmaker, with square-backing
  • Renz wiro-binder / calendar maker
Images should be 300 to 600 dpi, and preferably CMYK.
Subset fonts under 100%
Black crop marks, 3mm long and 3mm offset. 3mm Bleed all round.
